What we collect
Only what you write in the quote form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you provide it, your borough or city, the type of work and the description of your situation.
The site uses no advertising cookies and does not ask you to create an account.
We also count visits to know which pages are viewed. This measurement is done without cookies and without identifying you. It records the page viewed, the site you came from, the type of device and the country, in aggregate form.
Why
For one reason only: to call you back about your request. We do not sell your information to third parties and we do not use it for solicitation unrelated to your request.
Who it is passed on to
Your request is passed on to a roofing contractor who serves your area. That contractor calls you back, visits the roof and signs the contract with you, if applicable. This is what you consent to by checking the box on the form. The message is sent through an email provider, which processes it on our behalf.
How long
We keep requests for as long as needed to process them and follow up, then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge below.
